Hometown Romance

Si Sujintara, a glamorous heiress to a major department-store empire, sees her privileged life collapse when her family business falls into crisis. Their only hope is to renew the lease on the valuable land where the store is located. However, the land’s true owner, Klaokawi, an environmentally conscious farmer living a simple rural life, makes an unexpected proposal: Si must marry her in exchange for the renewed contract. Forced to leave behind city luxury, Si must adapt to muddy fields, village life, and a world she has never understood. Klaokawi, meanwhile, must cope with her spoiled and demanding bride-to-be. What begins as a business arrangement gradually develops into genuine affection, leading both women to wonder whether their contractual marriage could become the place where their hearts truly belong.
