Synopsis
Dr. Premsinee is a successful surgeon preparing to marry the man she loves, until famous actress Pat crashes the wedding and reveals that the groom has impregnated her best friend. The scandal destroys Prem’s trust, her relationship, and the future she had carefully planned, leading her to blame Pat for everything that went wrong. Although Pat repeatedly tries to approach Prem and prove that she never intended to hurt her, Prem continues to reject her and responds with cruelty. Their relationship changes after Pat is seriously injured and Prem is forced to care for the woman she once despised. As they grow closer, Prem begins to realize that what she feels may not be hatred at all, but love poisoned by resentment, fear, and unresolved emotional wounds.
